We are thrilled to announce the first headline acts for our 2025 festival:

The Saturday Grand Concert will feature the BBC National Chorus of Wales performing the iconic Carmina Burana. Festival Saturday also sees us welcoming The King’s Men, the esteemed choral scholars from the world-renowned King’s College, Cambridge.

As part of our festival theme on R.S. Thomas, rising choral ensemble Hemiola will present 'R.S. Thomas: Music, Man…Machine' in the ancient Christ College chapel.

On the back of their 100th anniversary, Pendyrus Male Choir will make their Brecon Debut alongside hometown favourites Aberhonddu & District Male Choir.

The 2025 festival will open with Mendelssohn’s Elijah at Brecon Cathedral, featuring the BCF Festival Chorus alongside Brecon Singers. The Come & Sing Day in preparation for this concert will be on Saturday, July 12th.

Tickets for our 2025 events will be available in early January, coinciding with the launch of our new website.

Stay tuned for more programme updates coming very soon!
