Punch Maughan has lived locally for 35 years and is now a Brecon resident and Director of Brecon Buzz, a Community Interest Company set up in 2022 to, amongst other things, showcase the best of Brecon: building the positive experience of the town for visitors and residents with a focus on culture, art, history and connection.

The idea of a choir festival for Brecon was one that has allowed Brecon Buzz to fulfil and build on that ambition. 2024 will be the festival's third year.
